Our packages can include thoughtful additions such as florals, wine, balloon bouquets and other personalised touches, allowing you to create something truly special for the person or occasion you're celebrating.

We recommend placing your order 5–7 business days in advance to allow us enough time to prepare your order with the care and attention to detail it deserves.

Where our schedule allows, last-minute orders may be accommodated at a 40% rush fee, calculated on the total order value. Last-minute availability is subject to our production schedule.

Absolutely. We believe every celebration is unique, and your cake should be too.

Our cakes are generally offered at a base price, while customisation is quoted separately depending on the design, finishing, detailing and complexity involved.

Yes. We create wedding cakes and celebration cakes, and we also cater for events with options such as dessert tables and larger customised orders.

For weddings and events, we can also offer additional services such as delivery, setup and serving, including the necessary equipment where required. These services are quoted separately depending on the requirements of your event.

Most orders are available for collection.

Delivery may be arranged on request, including through Uber Parcel, with the delivery cost being the responsibility of the client.

For wedding cakes and certain larger events, dedicated delivery, setup and serving services may also be available at an additional cost.

A 60% deposit is required to secure your order, with the balance payable five days before the order date.

For applicable orders, the remaining balance may also be settled upon collection or delivery, as agreed at the time of booking.

Your order is only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
